The Diocese of Lafayette honored 84 people and one group Friday at its annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Mass and Award Ceremony Celebration at St. John Cathedral.

The diocese’s Office of Black Catholic Ministries, which sponsors the event, listed the 2015 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. honorees as:
