Authorities in Jefferson Parish on Friday arrested a Gramercy man wanted in a Lafayette shooting death earlier in the week.
Kendrick Anthony Fobb, 28, is accused of first-degree murder in the slaying of 51-year-old Christopher Isaac, who died Monday at his Lafayette apartment on Duval Street, according to the Lafayette Police Department.
Fobb had gone to the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office to pay a fine and deputies ran his name for warrants, police said. He was arrested without incident.
Police are still searching for a Lake Charles man also accused in the case.
Dontae Roy, 34, is wanted on a count of principal to first-degree murder in Isaac’s death, police said. Authorities on Wednesday arrested Albert D. Sampy, 33, of Lafayette, on the same count.
