Lafayette Police are working to identify two men who forced a man at gunpoint to drive to an ATM and withdraw cash early Sunday morning.
The victim was in the 1200 block of West Pinhook Road when the two men approached him about 3:20 a.m. and ordered him to get back into his car, according to Cpl. Paul Mouton, a spokesman for the Lafayette Police Department.
The two unidentified robbers forced the man to drive to his bank branch in the 2900 block of Johnston Street and withdraw an unspecified amount of cash, Mouton said.
The victim, who was unharmed, last saw the robbers as they left the scene in a silver Dodge or Chrysler sedan, Mouton said.
