A man and a teenaged boy were injured Friday in an overnight shooting near the intersection of East Pinhook Road and Simcoe Street, police said.

A 26-year-old was shot in the back and a 16-year-old in the right leg after someone shot at a home in the 100 block of Champagne Street around 1:15 a.m., police said in a news release. The shooting victims were hospitalized with non-life threatening wounds.

Two more people inside the home were uninjured, police said.
