Lise Anne D. Slatten lands associate dean position at UL Lafayette’s College of Business Administration _lowres

Lise Anne Slatten, interim associate dean of academic programs for the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette

Lise Anne D. Slatten has been named interim associate dean of academic programs for the B.I. Moody III College of Business Administration at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Slatten will oversee accreditation compliance and curriculum management for the college’s academic programs.

Last year, she was awarded the Dr. Joe Kite BORSF Professorship in Governmental Ethics and has received Excellence in Academic Advising awards every year since 2009.

Prior to joining the faculty at UL-Lafayette, Slatten worked nearly 30 years for nonprofit organizations, and she has more than 15 years of experience as a nonprofit governance consultant.

Slatten is also involved in the local community, serving as past president of the Junior League of Lafayette and is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette. She also serves as a faculty adviser for student organizations on campus.

Slatten earned her master’s in business administration from Tulane University and a doctorate of management degree from Case Western Reserve University.
