SPECIAL DEER SEASON: Saturday, opening day through Sept. 29 in State Deer areas 3, 7, 8 & 10 for youths 17 and younger and resident honorably discharged veterans.

DOVES: First split through Sunday (Sept. 24), North Zone; South Zone closed.

TEAL: Through Sept. 30, statewide. Hunters also allowed to take rails and gallinules. State hunting license, state & federal waterfowl stamps & HIP certification needed.

DEER/ARCHERY: Through Jan. 15 in State Deer Areas 3, 8 & 10.
