Lizzy Ratcliff led all scorers with 19 points, and Reneé Delhomme added 14 as Teurlings Catholic defeated Hanson 44-30 on Thursday in the Teurlings Catholic tournament.

Teurlings hit nine 3-pointers, five of those from Ratcliff.

Casey Fitzgerald led Hanson with 15 points. All 15 of Fitzgerald’s points came from 3-point range.

Teurlings opened a 20-3 lead in the first quarter on the back of Ratcliff, who had 11 of her 19 points in the first quarter, including three 3-pointers.

Teurlings faces Comeaux, a 47-29 winner over Port Barre, in the semifinals on Friday.

In other games, Northside rolled over Cecila 70-33, and Lafayette Christian scored a 40-27 win over Notre Dame.

Northside will play Lafayette Christian in the semifinals.

NORTHSIDE 70, CECILIA 33: Northside jumped out to a 44-11 first-half lead over Cecilia and cruised to the win.

Nine Vikings scored, including a game-high 17 from Brianna Dixon. Tachiana Ledet joined Dixon in double figures with 13.

The Vikings held Cecilia to three first-quarter points. Nia Fontenette led Cecilia with 13.

Northside hit seven 3-pointers, including three from Aimee Guillory.

COMEAUX 47, PORT BARRE 29: Comeaux got 12 a piece from Hannah Picard and Maddie Filer to beat Port Barre.

The Spartans used a 12-2 run in the third quarter to pull away.

Kristen Thomas and Skylar Boast each scored in double figures for Port Barre and the Lady Devils were down just five at halftime.

LAFAYETTE CHRISTIAN 40, NOTRE DAME 27: Asia Robinson’s 17 points led Lafayette Christian over Notre Dame.

Robinson scored 15 of her points in the first half. The Knights also got nine points from Erin Rogers, all on 3-pointers.

Notre Dame got nine from Alyssa Williams and seven from Abby Higginbotham.

The Lady Pios trailed by a point at halftime before LCA went on a 14-3 run in the third quarter.

Robinson scored nine of her points in the third quarter, including 4-of-4 from the free-throw line.
