Wednesday's baseball game between UL-Lafayette and Southern University has been rescheduled because of inclement weather.

The two teams will now play the first of their two-game season series on April 8 at 6 p.m. in Lee-Hines Field.

This is the second of the Cajuns two midweek games to have been rained out this week. Their Tuesday contest against the University of New Orleans was rescheduled to April 29 because of rain in the area.

By scheduling the Cajuns to visit on April 8, the Jaguars will have to reschedule an exhibition game against Baton Rouge Community College.
