Six Flags property in New Orleans to be appraised; tensions rising over site's management (copy)

It's been 12 years since New Orleans' Six Flags last opened its gates, and a recent look inside shows the scope of the theme park's desolation. 

Inside Edition was given special permission to film inside the park's gates, located in New Orleans East.

Developers have recently been jousting over the rights to redevelop the area, with offers ranging from $3.26 to 5.5 million. 

The bidding war came amid frustration from developers over indecision about what to do with the land, which has been advertised in two different requests for proposals over the past five years.
