On the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, Capital Area United Way will participate in #GivingTuesday, a national social media campaign to encourage charitable activities that support nonprofit organizations.

“Giving to Capital Area United Way helps 47 partner agencies who are providing over 120 programs and services to individuals in need in the 10-parish area,” according to a press release from Capital Area United Way.
