New Iberia-based American Pollution Control Corp., an oil spill and environmental cleanup company, has added in-house emergency medical services to its list of services.

The company’s emergency medical responders can handle situations from heart attacks and work-related injuries to pediatric and obstetrical emergencies. American Pollution also offers on-site medical consultations and can document emergency medical care as required by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration.

President and Chief Executive Officer Kirk Headley described the service as “win-win,” benefitting clients and the community.
