BREC offers a wide variety of spring camps for children during their holiday season.

The athletics department for the East Baton Rouge Parish Recreation and Park Commission offers spring tennis camps at the Capital One Tennis Center at City-Brooks Community Park from April 3 to April 5, Forest Community Park from April 2 to April 4, Highland Road Community Park from April 9 to April 13 and Independence Community Park from April 3 to April 5. Ages, times and fees vary per camp.

The following special facilities also offer spring camp this year. The Baton Rouge Gallery offers art camp from April 2 to April 6. The Baton Rouge Zoo offers spring zoo camp from April 2 to April 6. Bluebonnet Swamp Nature Center offers the busy bee spring camp from April 2 to April 3. Farr Park Equestrian Center holds camp from April 3 to April 5. The Highland Road Park Observatory offers spring rocket camp from April 3 to April 4. Ages, times and fees vary per facility.

BREC offers recreation spring camps from April 2 to April 5 and on April 9 for children ages 6-12 at Antioch Park, Church Street Park, Jefferson Highway. Park and Lovett Road Park and for children ages 4 to 5 at Milton J. Womack Park. All camps run from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
