SHREVEPORT — John Dailey, vice chancellor for administration at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Louisiana Emergency Response Network, The Associated Press reported Thursday.

Gov. Bobby Jindal appointed Dailey to the board of the state agency, which works to develop and implement the state’s emergency medical and trauma system.

Dailey is a lawyer and former paramedic who has worked in health care administration for 20 years.
