The Louisiana Voices of Women Theatre Company will reprise its dinner theater production, “Murder at the Polite Ladies Society,” for two performances Saturday, Oct. 24, and Sunday, Oct. 25, at Ralph & Kacoo’s, 6110 Bluebonnet Blvd., Baton Rouge.
Seating on Saturday starts at 2 p.m., with the performance at 2:40 p.m. Seating on Sunday is at 6:30 p.m., followed by the performance at 7:10 p.m. There will be no late seating on either day.
The play is an original script by the company’s founder and artistic director Aileen Hendricks.
She also directs the play, which begins with the revelation that one of the members of the Polite Ladies Society has stolen money collected during the organization’s fundraiser. An investigation widens from theft to murder as the play progresses.
Four audience members will be asked to volunteer with each given script for their parts that will reveal the society’s secrets.
The cost is $55 per person, which includes a three-course dinner with a cash bar. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (225) 766-2113.
