The LSU Museum of Art will host a Sunday afternoon of chamber music as members of the LSU School of Music faculty and two special guests fill the gallery with two works for trio and two string quartets.

The concert is set for 3 p.m. Sunday on the fifth floor of the Shaw Center for the Arts, 100 Lafayette St.

LSU faculty violinist Espen Lilleslatten, violist Elias Goldstein and cellist Dennis Parker will be joined by guest violinist Roxana Pavel-Goldstein and clarinetist Tasha Warren-Yehuda.

They will present four diverse chamber music works in the museum’s second presentation of this new series. The program will include performances of “String Quartet op. 8” by Paul Creston, “Evocations de Slovaquie” by Karel Husa, “Concerto a Tre” by Ingolf Dahl and “String Quartet op. 44 no. 1 in D Major Op.” by Felix Mendelssohn.
