The LSU Museum of Art will present a free performance of “Nightmares are Dreams Too” at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 31.

The show is a presentation by Camilla Morrison, a master’s degree candidate in LSU’s Costume Technology & Design program, who designed and crafted the models’ costumes, which resemble modern art.

Each of Morrison’s pieces explores different challenges of being a woman in the world today and reflects her personal stories. Those attending the show in the museum’s galleries will be able to get a close-up look at her work.

The museum also has rescheduled its rained-out Museum After Dark: Rum Tasting at 6 p.m. to coincide with the “Nightmares are Dreams Too” performance. Admission for the rum tasting is $5 for museum members, $15 for guests. Patrons can sample Old New Orleans Rum distillery rum and a specialty cocktail. For more information, visit lsumoa.org.
