Dizzy Arts, which helps establish collaborations among artists of all mediums, backgrounds and styles, is hosting a Dizzy Arts Party on Aug. 1.
The event will hop from one Baton Rouge venue to another, starting at 7 p.m. at Chelsea’s Cafe, 2857 Perkins Road, then moving to the Atomic Pop Shop, 2963 Government St., at 10 p.m.
At midnight, the party continues at Spanish Moon, 1109 Highland Road, until 2 a.m.
Producer Adam Carrillo and artist Davy Goldsmith once again challenge the city’s artists to show their best in a gallery of the senses spanning art, music and fashion. The event will feature local indie rock group Ship of Fools, David Losavio painting live and clothing designs by Rachel Detloff in a fashion show.
“Adam and I are very proud of the amazing group of people we’ve been able to bring together through our events,” Goldsmith said.
