Is there a pint-sized cook with pizzazz at your house?

The “Master Chef Junior” casting team will conduct an open casting call for Season 6 of the FOX cooking competition series Saturday, June 25, in New Orleans.

The team will be looking for talented young cooks between the ages of 8 and 13 (must be at least 8 by Aug. 1, 2017). The series pits 24 home cooks, who are pared to 12 after a second audition.

The dozen then compete in weekly timed culinary challenges, with two young contestants going home each episode.

Auditions will run 9 a.m.-5 p.m. at the The Ritz-Carlton, 921 Canal St. Those interested are encouraged to register at masterchefjuniorcasting.com to simplify the process audition day.

Those auditioning must be accompanied by an adult guardian at all times.

Open calls are also scheduled for Houston, Jacksonville, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York.
