I’ve been enjoying Brussels sprouts every kind of way lately.
Before the family came over last week, I cut some in half and baked them.
Others I threaded on a skewer with bacon.
They disappeared as soon as they came out of the oven.
Most of the time, I toss the Brussels sprout halves with olive oil, salt and pepper and roast them. This time, I microwaved them whole in a little salted water for just 3 minutes or until they were partially cooked.
I then halved them and finished them off in the oven topped with a bit of butter and Parmesan cheese.
The others, I wove between a bacon slice, which were also tasty.
