For $100 you can take a chance to win a $400,000 home from Capital Area United Way and the Capital Region Builders Foundation.
You can see the 2,830-square-foot “Home for Good” at 15209 Green Trails Blvd., Baton Rouge, in a series of open houses starting at 11 a.m. Saturday. Martin Construction built the four-bedroom, three-bath house in Green Trails subdivision.
“This is a beautiful home that will make one lucky family very happy,” said Darrin Goss Sr., president and CEO of Capital Area United Way. “This relationship with the Capital Region Builders Foundation is just another example of how we can continue to improve lives by leveraging partnerships in our community to advance the common good through education, income stability and healthy living.”
The tickets are available at the open houses, online at cauw.org/homeforgood, and at iComfort in the Mall of Louisiana, Lee Michael’s Fine Jewelry, Mattress Direct, Olinde’s Furniture, ProSold Realty and Baton Rouge locations of Red River Bank.
The drawing will be Friday, Feb. 20. The winner can choose the home or $150,000.
