Zoës Kitchen, a fast-casual restaurant serving Mediterranean-inspired dishes, plans to open its third Baton Rouge location on Thursday, Oct. 15 at Highland Marketplace, 18107 Highland Market Drive, Suite 104.
The restaurant is Zoës’ eighth Louisiana location and 162nd nationally. Other local Zoës are at Towne Center and Perkins Rowe.
“We are thrilled to become a part of the Baton Rouge community and expand our presence in Louisiana,” said Edward McCool, Zoës regional operator.
The new location will seat about 82 patrons in the dining room and nearly 60 more on the patio. The restaurant is open 11 a.m.-9 p.m. daily. The new location also plans to offer beer and wine.
Zoës Kitchen advertises a menu of fresh produce and lean proteins that are predominantly preservative and additive free. Dishes include salads, chicken or salmon kabobs, steak roll-ups and hummus, plus gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
