Bake Shop 101, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday. Learn how to properly measure ingredients, and how to use the right flour and sweeteners. $100.
Seafood Sensations, 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday. Learn different cooking techniques and flavor profiles when cooking with seafood, fresh fish, shellfish and vegetation. $125.
Father’s Day Cakes, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, June 20. Make one of three cake sculpted hats covered and decorated with fondant. $100.
A Feast From India, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, June 20. Learn the cuisines, ingredients and cooking techniques of India. Featured dishes include vegetable samosas, Kerala-style lamb, chana dal, kheere ka raita, chapattis and garam masala. $100.
Knife Skills With Proteins, 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, June 20. Learn to cut your grocery budget with the fabrication of different types of proteins, like poultry, beef and fish. Bring your own knives. $125.
