Red Stick Roller Derby closes out its season Saturday with a one-two punch of bouts at Leo’s Rollerland.

In their final home matches, the Red Stick All Stars will take on the Mississippi Rollergirls, and the Capital Defenders will face Northshore Roller Derby.

Doors open at 5 p.m., and bouts begin at 6 p.m. Tickets are $12. Children 11 years old and younger get in free with a general admission ticket holder. Leo’s Rollerland is located at 1717 N. Airway Drive.

Proceeds from the event will go to Up Alliance, which helps fund adult education initiatives in Baton Rouge.

You’ll want to save up some energy, too, for the Roller Derby after-party at Spanish Moon. Doors for the party open at 9 p.m., and the event features karaoke with Mohawk Mike until 1 a.m.
