The dinner will feature wines from Justin Vineyards & Winery, which is located is Paso Robles, California, and is known for its organic growing techniques for estate vines. Kristen Wright of The Wonderful Company, which owns Justin Vineyards & Winery, will host the dinner.

Amuse: Passed hors d’oeuvres.
First course: Crisp “Pieds de Cochon” with jalapeño, gribiche and scarlet frills.
Second course: House made pasta agnolotti with fall butternut squash, Mascarpone cheese, sage and country ham.
Third course: Slow braised beef short ribs with local turnip, leeks, Bok Choy and smoked sweet breads.
Fourth course: Vanilla bean mousse with pistachios and lemon curd sauce.
