Festival International has released the 2017 lineup. 

This year's headliners include Balkan Beat Box, Ginkgoa, Red Baraat, Marc Broussard, and Givers with special guests Mokoomba, Dickie Landry, and Chris Frantz and Tina Weymouth of the Tom Tom Club and Talking Heads.

This year's concert also includes a Buckwheat Zydeco tribute with Ils Sont Partis Band featuring Sir Reg. 

Local performers include Brother Dege, The Viatones, The Revelers, Durwood; Dwight J. Roy, Mike Dean Band, Shrugs, and Bonsoir, Catin. 

The annual free festival is scheduled for April 26-30.

This is the 31st year for Festival International, which also includes arts and food markets. This year's lineup represents 18 regions and countries. 

“This year we will have musicians representing cultures with a growing community here in Acadiana such as Québec, Haiti, Cuba, China and India.” says Executive Director, Scott Feehan. “Other countries we’re happy to be hosting include Cambodia, Russia, Zimbabwe, France and Israel.”
