Maybe you have a blueberry bush in your yard that’s ready, or soon will be, for picking.
If not, no problem because fresh Louisiana blueberries are in our stores and markets. All you need is a cup of berries for a batch of easy-to-make blueberry muffins.
I’ve made this recipe for years, and I like it because it’s not overly sweet.
The most important thing to remember when making muffins is don’t over mix the batter.
Once you have the ingredients measured out, in a couple of minutes you’ll be spooning the batter into muffin pans and putting them in the oven.
I make these in minimuffin size pans (hoping I’ll eat just one).
