The Krewe of Cypress celebrated Mardi Gras with “Cirque de Reverie” at the Carl Grant Civic Center on Saturday, Jan. 23.

Stephen LeBlanc and his daughter, Anne Caroline Le-Blanc, reigned as king and queen. The queen is also the daughter of Caroline Wolf and granddaughter of Jerry and Janie LeBlanc.

Attendants to the king and queen were Cate LeBlanc, daughter of Stephen LeBlanc and Caroline Wolf; Abigail and Andrew LeBlanc, children of David and Jennifer LeBlanc and Alesha LeBlanc.

Lydia Crockett served as ball captain.

Duke Ryan Pruitt and Maid Alyssa Regira, daughter of Sheree Callihan and Kevin Regira, represented Marionettes; Duke Christopher Couch and Maid Abby Bergeron, daughter of Brian and Jill Bergeron and niece of Fred and Lisa Sanchez, represented Knife Throwers; Duke Jeremy Booksh and Maid Sarah Barker, daughter of Dr. Debbie S. Barker and William E. Barker IV, represented Jugglers; Duke Bradley Coussou and Maid Brandilyn Amorello, daughter of Ronnie and Sandra Amorello, represented Human Cannonballs; Duke Gage Passantino and Maid Krista Passentino, daughter of Prentiss and Sarah Passentino and niece of Jason and Pam Passentino, represented Snake Charmers.
