WHAT: Capital Area Corporate Recycling Council is offering refurbished computers at reduced prices to low-income families throughout the state.

Music, auctions and gourmet food - what’s not to like about this fundraiser.
WHAT: Sizzlin’ Soiree: An Evening in Paris, fundraiser for St. Joseph’s Academy and the Sisters of St. Joseph.
WHEN: 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday.

DETAILS: There will be live and silent auctions, gourmet food, an open bar, a champagne raffle for a piece of jewelry, a $10,000 raffle and more.
Dancin’ in the Streets
It’s billed as the Capital City’s biggest dance party, so get ready to boogie.
WHAT: Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre’s Dancin’ in the Streets fundraiser.
WHEN: 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday.
WHERE: Great Hall at Perkins Rowe, corner of Perkins and Bluebonnet Boulevard.

DETAILS: The event includes live music from Phat Hat and a raffle to win the “Ultimate Tiger Band Game Day Experience,” which allows two guests to enjoy everything from game-day rehearsal to tailgating in the PMAC and a band seat for a home game.
