A Perkins Road restaurant welcomes a California winery this week.
Galatoire’s Bistro (3535 Perkins Road, #400) will feature wines from Paul Hobbs Winery on Wednesday, Sept. 23. This will be the restaurant’s third wine dinner of the season. The menu will include four courses and a dessert.

First course: Shrimp and foie gras ravioli with asiago fresco and lemon cream, paired with a 2012 Chardonnay “Ulises Valdez Vineyard,” Russian River Valley.
Second course: Seared mackerel with brioche pain perdu and pineapple and mango chutney, paired with a 2013 Chardonnay, Russian River Valley.
Third course: Braised rabbit with green peppercorn and puff pastry, paired with a 2013 Pinot Noir, Russian River Valley.
Fourth course: Grilled bison tenderloin with Napa cabbage and black cherry jus, paired with a 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley.
Dessert: Milk chocolate terrine with pine nuts and seasonal berry jam, paired with a 2012 Pinot Noir “Katherine Lindsay Estate,” Russian River Valley.
