I’m not picky when it comes to potato salad. I pretty much like everyone’s potato salad.

Some time ago, I apparently saw a recipe using sweet peas in a potato salad in a magazine and copied down just the ingredients without all the amounts.

So, this recipe for Veggie and Sweet Pea Potato Salad is what I came up with. You can add to or subtract ingredients to make your own.

I’ve never added sweet peas to my potato salads, although I’ve seen such salads in magazines. I just bought a bag of frozen peas, so I guess that’s what made me think of this recipe. I used frozen, uncooked sweet peas. The peas with all the celery, bell pepper, green onions and boiled eggs made a very tasty potato salad.
