Make your own pizza, on pita bread, and top it with just fresh vegetables and cheese.
This one is topped with fresh tomato, zucchini, bell pepper, red onion, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. You can add anything you like to it. I made one the other night with leftover grilled vegetables, pesto, artichokes and cheese.
These are fun and will please everyone because you add what you like.
