“I’m honored to be in Baton Rouge and have the chance to be in the kitchen at Galatoire’s Bistro, working alongside chef Kelley to build an evening encompassing everything guests love about Galatoire’s Bistro as a restaurant and as the Galatoire family,” said Galatoire. Sommelier Gabrielle Waxman will provide optional pairings for each course.
The menu includes hors d’oeuvres of escargot Rockefeller, duck and rabbit terrine and fried oysters.
