Tuesday

  • BOOK CLUB: 7 p.m., EBR Jones Creek Regional Branch Library, 6222 Jones Creek Road. The JCR Book Club will discuss “Sarah’s Key” by Tatiana de Rosnay.

Wednesday

  • AUTHOR TALK: 7 p.m., EBR Main Library, 7711 Goodwood Blvd. Author Charles deGravelles will discuss his book, “Billy Cannon: A Long, Long Run.”

Thursday

  • BOOK CLUB: 4:30 p.m., EBR Zachary Branch Library, 1900 Church St. The new Zachary Tween Book Club meets to talk about diary-type books, such as “Diary of a Wimpy Kid,” “Dork Diaries” and others. You’ll also get to decorate a journal to take home. All supplies provided. For students in grades 6-8. Register by calling (225)-658-1870.
  • BOOK CLUB: 4:30 p.m., EBR Bluebonnet Regional Branch Library, 9200 Bluebonnet Blvd. The High Five Book Club will share information on a biography from the “Who Was Series.” They will create a group poster and design a commemorative coin or medal.
