White Chocolate Hot Chocolate

Serves 4 to 6. Recipe is by Julie Kay.

5 cups skim milk

2 cups heavy whipping cream

6 ozs. white chocolate baking squares

1/2 cup minimarshmallows

1. Put all ingredients except minimarshmallows into slow cooker.

2. Cook on Low for 11/2 to 2 hours or until chocolate is melted into milk and cream.

3. Stir well and pour into cups. Garnish with minimarshmallows.
