4 cups napa or green cabbage, shredded
1 cup bok choy, julienned
1 large carrot, grated
¼ cup minced green onion
Honey Sesame Dressing (see recipe)
½ cup roasted peanuts
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, bok choy, carrot and green onion. When ready to serve, toss with Honey Sesame Dressing and top with peanuts.
