The Japanese Cocktail

Serves 1. Recipe is from Joey Goar.

2 ozs. brandy (I prefer Asbach 3 year)

1/2 oz. Orgeat syrup

3 dashes Bookers Bitters

1. Add all ingredients into a pint glass with ice and stir.

2. Strain into a coupe or highball glass and garnish with a lemon swath, expressing the oils onto the surface of the drink.
