The Camelot Club is looking for a new executive chef, General Manager Jimmy Ward said in a press release Monday.
Brady Broussard, who has been executive chef at the downtown private club for 1-1/2 years, is moving to New Orleans to be closer to his ailing father.
Sous chef Brandon Rowe will oversee the kitchen until a new chef is in place.
The Camelot Club will begin a nationwide search to find its next executive chef, Ward said.
“We remain committed to providing the finest dining experience in the capital region, featuring the highest level of cuisine, service, wine availability and the unmatched view,” he said.
Rowe, a New Orleans native, worked in Orlando, Fla.; San Diego, Calif., and Chicago before taking the Camelot Club position.
