Pomegranate, Cucumber, Lemon Water
Makes 6 one-cup servings
Half a cucumber
2 fresh pomegranates
Half a lemon
4 cups of water
1. Slice half of a lemon and half of a cucumber. Remove the pomegranate seeds. Gently mash in a carafe using a mortar. Concentrate more on the pomegranate. Note: The pomegranate seeds will naturally fall to the bottom of the carafe. Add 4 cups of water and stir. Steep for a few hours, overnight if possible. The longer it infuses, the more goodness your body will receive.
