Strawberries and Chocolate Crème

Serves 6 to 8. Recipe is by Julie Kay.

1 pound strawberries

1 (24-ounce) package chocolate-flavored almond bark

1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow crème

3 tablespoons half-and-half

¼ cup coconut

1. Clean strawberries and set aside.

2. Put almond bark, marshmallow crème and half-and-half into slow cooker.

3. Cook on Low for 1 to 2 hours or until chocolate is melted. Stir and dip strawberries into mixture. Dredge each berry through shredded coconut and serve.
