Banana Toffee Croissants
Serves 4. Recipe is by Julie Kay.
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup Heath English toffee bits
3 bananas, sliced
4 to 6 croissants
1. Place butter, brown sugar and toffee pieces into slow cooker. Stir. Add bananas and cook on Low for 1 hour. Stir again.
2. Lightly toast croissants if desired. Spoon bananas and sauce over croissants.
