Peanut Butter Balls

Makes 8 (1-inch) balls. Recipe is from Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital Pediatric Dietitian Nutritionist Natalie Porta.

½ cup peanut butter

2 tsps. sugar or honey

3 tsps. dry milk powder

Shredded coconut or chocolate chips, optional

Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Store in refrigerator.
