Peach Infused Tea
Yields 4 servings. Recipe by Teresa B. Day.
4 cups hot water
4 bags black tea
8-12 fresh peach slices
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
Honey, as desired
1. Tie some cheese cloth around the peach slices. Steep the tea bags with the peach slices in 4 cups hot water for about 8 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bags and peaches. Stir in vanilla and baking soda.
3. Reheat if needed. Garnish each cup with a peach slice. Sweeten with honey to taste.
