Mango Ginger Wings
Serves 4 to 6. Recipe is by Julie Kay.
1 (3-pound) package chicken wings
3 green onions, chopped
1 bell pepper, sliced into strips
1 (8-ounce) package House of Tsang sweet mango ginger simmering sauce
1 (12-ounce) package chow mein noodles
1. Place chicken wings into slow cooker and top with chopped onions and bell pepper.
2. Pour mango ginger sauce over all. Cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
3. Serve over chow mein noodles.
