Dark Chocolate Cherry Bark
Makes about 70 pieces, depending on the way you cut them. Recipe is by Beth Colvin.
1 (12-oz.) pkg. dark chocolate chips
1 (5-oz.) pkg. dried cherries
1. Put chips in dry, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until chips are melted and smooth.
2. Add dry cherries and stir until well combined. Spread on a foil-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until set.
