1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tbl. sugar or honey
½ cup Fortified Milk (See recipe)
½ cup yogurt or Greek yogurt
Peanut butter, shredded coconut or chocolate chips, optional
Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
