Smokey Avocado Aioli
Makes ½ cup spread. Recipe is by Teresa Day.
1 avocado, ripe
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon smoke paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Pit and slice the avocado.
2. Place avocado slices, mayonnaise, paprika and salt in a small food processor.
3. Blend until smooth and spreadable.
4. Serve on tacos, with chips or on sandwiches.
