Ranch Chicken and Slaw Sandwiches
Serves 4 to 6. Recipe is by Julie Kay.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 (1.1-oz.) packet ranch dressing mix
1 (10¾-oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (7.75-oz.) pkg. coleslaw mix
½ cup ranch dressing
1. Put chicken breasts and dry ranch dressing mix into slow cooker. Add in cream of celery soup and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
2. In the meantime, mix up coleslaw mix with Ranch dressing and save in refrigerator.
3. When chicken is cooked, remove each to sandwich bun and top with slaw mixture. Put top side of bun over all and serve.
