Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops

1 stick butter or margarine
1?3 cup balsamic vinegar
6 pork chops
3 tablespoons fresh (1 tablespoon dried) rosemary
2 teaspoons of Kosher salt, or to taste
1. Melt butter in a large baking pan. Whisk in the balsamic vinegar.
2. Season the pork chops with rosemary and salt and place on the pan.
3. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes per side or until the thickest chop reaches 160 F.
