Broccoli, Almond and Cranberry Slaw
Serves 4 to 6. Recipe is from Lili Courtney, of Delightful Palate.
1 (12-oz.) pkg. broccoli slaw
½ cup dried cranberries
½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
3 green onions, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ cup Delightful Palate’s Stone Fruit Nectar
Combine slaw, cranberries, almonds, green onions, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss with Delightful Palate’s Stone Fruit Nectar.
