Now that the weather is pleasant, think about serving Eggs Benedict Casserole for Saturday or Sunday bunch and eating on the patio.

This simple French bread-and-egg dish can be put together in just a few minutes. Don’t tell, but the warm hollandaise is made from a mix and it gets jazzed up with Tabasco, a perfect pairing for eggs.

Serve your favorite fresh fruit, such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or cantaloupe, in a big bowl topped with a splash of orange juice, grated orange peel and a little honey to sweeten the dish. Or, instead of adding honey, stir in a little vanilla yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
